I love the color of this sweater and I love how chunky and cozy it is. The knit is loose and the neckline is a bit, well, gigantic so I have to wear a tank top underneath. I try hard not to look too Flashdance-y when I wear it. But I love it and I keep wearing it.

Today I wore it with my thrifted Eileen Fisher pants. The ones I ruched at the ankle. I wore open-toed shoes and socks again. I love this trend and can’t stop wearing it! To make the look seem intentional, I wore butterfly socks. Yes, I meant to do that!

What a fun outfit! Crazy socks, but that’s part of the look! My opinion is, if you wear socks like this you need to choose solid colours (as you have done) in the rest of the outfit (top, pants, etc). Otherwise it can look clownish and I would not do pattern mixing fancy socks.
