When I saw the fabric of this skirt I was smitten. I was at a clothing exchange and I didn’t even know if this was a top, dress or skirt yet. I just fell in love with the luscious color.

It is a really flattering skirt and it fits perfectly. I have a few ideas for how to wear this, but I started with a turtleneck and tights. I added a belt to emphasize/create more of a waist.

Thanks for commenting! That’s exectly why I added the belt. Without it, the outfit wasn’t as pulled together. I don’t have a drastic waist-to-hip ratio and this helped create more of a waist. I was afraid emphasizing my waist wouldn’t work, but I think it does.
