I have a secret: My “purse” is really a make-up bag. Worse Better yet, it was a free gift I got when I bought a bottle of perfume. It was filled with goodies like lip gloss and concealer. I got it when I met Diane von Furstenberg last fall.

The way I see it is that only people who also bought the perfume and got the bag will know my secret (well, now you know too). To everyone else, this is a simple clutch. A waterproof, zippered clutch.

Word on the block is if your short (which I kind of.. am) to wear vertical stripes and such… I’m avoiding horizontal lines, belts aren’t really supporting me though : ( A lot of times I actually make my own hair pins and stick them into my head, like flowers and bows and headbands…
This is great! OMG, on one of my first trips with Mike, he took me to South Beach in April, and I wanted some short shorts. Well, you can’t find short shorts that easily in Seattle in April, and I was particular about wanting white. So… I went to the pajama section of Target and bought white pj shorts and wore them all through Miami, a very fashionable city! What was I thinking? 🙂
Ha – that’s a great story! I bet no one noticed you were wearing PJs. It’s very creative. But I know what you mean: Miami is a fashionable place. I think the moral of the story is always have a pair of shorts handy. You never know when you’ll take a trip somewhere warm 😉
