I’m breaking out my fall wardrobe and nothing says autumn like a sweater. Who doesn’t like a sweater? They’re comfy and versatile. This season, loose knit, open weave sweaters are popular so I thought this olive number from my closet would seem fresh.
Sweater: Papaya
Tank: Old Navy
Jeans: Banana Republic
Shoes: Seychelles
Cuff: Karin Jacobson Designs via gifted
I like the textures of this sweater. It adds interest and doesn’t seem only about dressing warm. Gotta think of style too, no matter what the thermometer says!
I accessorized with this neat die-cut cuff from Karin Jacobson Designs. My friend Elly is a fan and supporter and she brought several pieces back from Minnesota with her on her last visit. Lucky for me, she gave me this one. I like all of the jewelry on Karin’s site and I’ll be buying some soon.
Today I’ve joined two What I Wore Wednesdays! The Pleated Poppy and Transatlantic Blonde. Check out what they (and their followers) are wearing!
I love your asymmetrical, crop style sweater, nice details and I like the pocket and shade of olive.
I like asymmetry – glad you like the look. I’m a fan of neutrals that aren’t boring and I think this color fits the bill.
I love the sweater it is such a good look on you. And that cuff is just gorgeous!
Thanks! I like that cuff. The designer has great styles. EArrings too, which I’d like to try.
That is a great transitional sweater, now that it’s starting to get a bit colder. Just love that second pic of you, Jean! You look like you’re having such fun!!!
Thanks Sarah! I was having fun. Was actually trying to balance on the curb and started to lose my balance – it works though 🙂
Such a pretty and cool outfit! Looks fantastic!
